All log cabins sold and delivered to the east and west Midlands,Worcestershire, Herefordshire Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Staffordshire have the option of our professional installation service. If you have not built a log cabin before, faced with several hundred pieces of timber can be intimidating both physically and mentally. If you have any doubt of your ability, please give us a call to discuss. Our log cabins are not technically difficult to assemble but neither are they akin to flat pack furniture and some minor adjustment may be required to complete the build. • Comunication: On receipt/confirmation of your order, we send you a letter to advise/reiterate every step of the procedure from that point until delivery of your log cabin. We also send you a generic assembly guide explaining each stage/step of the build and we also enclose detailed drawings with a full parts list. We can not under estimate how important it is to read these very carefully and digest. naturally if you have any questions, you must ring us either before or during the build to minimize any delay or frustration.

• Professional: All of our Installation teams are experienced and in the case of one team have installed over 500 buildings over the last four years! All of out installers have full equipped vans with all the necessary professional power tools, ladders, access towers, staging, lighting, fixings and health and safety equipment that may be required. Each team also hold their own public liability insurance up to £2m pounds. Our installation teams aim to start an install at 8am and will work until 6:30pm onwords or more day jobs and until finished on single day builds. For assembly of log cabins with in public areas, all required heath and safety documentation and public safety awareness signage will be displayed.

• Custom designed buildings: will always be quoted with assembly/installation as an option over and above the building kit price, which for larger buildings we strongly recommend.
